This is to ensure people can create their own Layer Transition subclass.
API : GESTimelineTransition is now GESTimelineStandardTransition

This is a new class for all timeline objects that both produce and
consume data.
The existing subclasses of it are now:
* GESTimelineOverlay
* GESTimelineTransition
