8983cce9f6 gst: GST_EXPORT -> GST_API 
We need different export decorators for the different libs.
For now no actual change though, just rename before the release,
and add prelude headers to define the new decorator to GST_EXPORT.

92d3246f76 gst: mark symbols explicitly for export with GST_EXPORT 
One omission: gst_allocator_sysmem_get_type() was
exported but never in any public header file.

c8380cb0d2 gst: sprinkle some G_GNUC_MALLOC 
Maybe gcc can do something clever with that, or at least
warn us if we don't save the return value somewhere.

b2cab40745 iterator: API: Add gst_iterator_new_single() 
This allows "iteration" over a single object of some type,
which happens often for the GstPadIterIntLinksFunction for example.
