Don't assume the OSS soundcard.h include is always in
the sys/ directory. Instead, use the existing defines
from config.h to include the right file. Fixes
compilation on OpenBSD 3.8 (#323718).

Remove ossgst... It's a crude hack (beyond ugly), it's broken and it failed to load during the last few months. If anyone wants to revive it, have fun finding it back in the CVS history

* don't link plugins to core libs -- the versioning is done internally to the plugins with the plugin_info struct,
and symbol resolution is lazy, so we can always know if a plugin can be loaded by the plugin_info data. in theory.
