95a0651b2c Include libav dependency in FFmpeg check 
The FFmpeg-origin check can't work if it isn't provided the
dependency library.

33e0791294 Skip gst-devtools if json-glib-1.0 is missing 
We shouldn't fail hard because of a gst-devtools dependency,
so if json-glib-1.0 is not found, just skip the module and
build the rest.

9a8ab306b7 Fix build if we can't find system ffmpeg / libavfilter dev packages 
It would unconditionally add gst-libav to subprojects even
if the dep was not found.
