The codec data blob we get from matroskademux with the SSA/ASS
init section is supposed to be valid UTF-8. If it's not, just
continue with the bits that are valid UTF-8 instead of erroring
out. We don't actually parse the init section yet anyway..

There's not much point in using GST_DEBUG_FUNCPTR with GObject
virtual functions such as get_property, set_propery, finalize and
dispose, since they'll never be used by anyone anyway. Saves a
few bytes and possibly a sixteenth of a polar bear.

Don't include the terminating NUL in the buffer size,
it's only there for extra paranoia (would add random
'*' characters at the end of each subtitle since the
terminator itself is not valid UTF-8 technically).
Also fix indenting after boilerplate macro.
