Nirbheek Chauhan	468232b6bc	git-update: Make fetching of external repos non-fatal on the CI ... Fixes intermittent failures when external repos have downtime. This is common with GNOME Gitlab. This is the wrong operator to use, which only seems to work because `os.name` and `'nt'` happen to be the same object.
