of nasty hacks.

* tools/Makefile.am: enable gstreamer-guilaunch for
Gnome 2.0

* tools/gstreamer-launch.c (main): upd.
(idle_func): quit the mainloop.

* first pass at possible getting the docs to build on glib2, untested
