pitch: add validate tests
...
Add pitch tests with different forward and backward playback rates.
Those tests depend on the libSoundTouch version to validate the buffers
checksums. The actual version uses libSoundTouch 2.3.2, use the
`--force-fallback-for=soundtouch` meson option to build using the same
version.

autoconvert: Handle reconfiguring on the srcpad

Only upstream renegotiation was properly handled, we needed to answer
that when downstream forces a renegotiation we take into account the
new downstream restrictions.
And add tests for it

wpe: Use about:blank as default URL to support only using load-bytes
...
WebKit is not going to render anything until a URI is set, leading to a
WPE posting a `WPE View did not render a buffer` error message. To avoid
requiring the user to know it if they only want to use
`wpesrc::load-bytes` we can just use `about:blank` as default and
everything will work as users would expect.
