exclusion: exception when set factor to 0
...
When factor property is set to 0, transform just returns.
Adjust the minimum value to 1.

Avoid dividing by zero when the factor is zero. Instead, output a buffer with
all color values as zero.

Contains the following video effect elements: burn, chromium, dilate,
