4c76427ba7 resindvd: handle non-utf8 dvd disc titles better 
Maybe something based on the code in bug 
and the language encodings would work even better
though (now it will try things based on the locale).

8436a7d8ae jasper: remove jasper jpeg2000 plugin, replaced by openjpeg plugin 
libjasper isn't really maintained any longer, we probably
don't want to port this.

4fb227b340 hlssink: round segment duration to nearest number of seconds 
E.g. for 1s period, duration can be 0.99s, rounds down to 0, results in invalid
playlist
