Edward Hervey	e66d543f00	tsparse: Ensure initial events are sent in the right order ... First send stream-start, then caps, then segment. The segment we push is from upstream in push-mode. Edward Hervey	b8f32811ca	tsparse: Rework handling and cleanups ... tspad always has a static source pad which output everything received (not functional yet). Program pads are now request pads.
