136de010bb wavenc: allow per feature registration
Split plugin into features including
dynamic types which can be indiviually
registered during a static build.

451fc5c112 wavenc: Fix writing of the channel mask with >2 channels
The channel position is an enum but the conversion code assumed it's a
mask. Convert accordingly.

7729f4ce81 wavenc: Send CAPS event after the pad was activated
Otherwise the CAPS event will be dropped and we never configure any caps at
all, leading to weird behaviour in many situations. Especially header
rewriting is not going to work if a capsfilter is after wavenc.

0ee332378b wavenc: generate a non-empty data header
Restore the behavior of the element to the state before commit
db29522a43. A non-empty header is
generated and when the EOS event is received the header is generated
again, this time with the correct size.

wavenc does not allow to change the caps during playback
and always returning the template caps is just wrong.

f8ed8dd613 wavenc: Allow setcaps to be called after a format was negotiated if it's compatible
Otherwise wavenc will fail if upstream decides to set equivalent caps or caps
with additional information later.

Thanks to Alexander Schremmer for finding this bug.

ef2b7bbcab wavenc: Post warning if file isnt finished properly
When the pipeline is shut down and the file isn't
finished properly, wavenc should post a warning.

a99d3f8769 Update and add documentation for plugins with no deps (gst).
Link to properties. Correct titles for examples. Document a few trivial cases. Keep lists in section file and docs/plugins/Makefile.am alphabetically ordered.
