gldisplay: synchronize the searching and creation of GstGLContext's
Ootherwise we could end up with multiple elements in different chains
each creating a context. Fixes context creation with glvideomixer.

gl: store the list of contexts within gldisplay
Removes the reliance on the allocation query to propogate GL contexts.
Allows thread safely getting a context for the a specific thread.
