c101452a4a gi: Use INTROSPECTION_INIT for --add-init-section 
This new define was added to common. The new init section fixed
compilation warning found in the init line that was spread across
all files.

49912b3313 gi: Don't produce gir and typlib for GstRiff 
The API does not follow the type naming convention. Re-enable
only if one take the time to box and rename (see (rename-to SYMBOL)
annotation) all types.

7807e2e6fd riff: Print invalid fourcc in error message in hex 
Previously this was printed as characters which caused later processing
of the error message to sometimes warn about non-UTF-8 characters.

f20972c6a9 riff: Provide correct media type for MSS1 and MSS2 
Windows Media Video Screen (WMV Screen) are video formats that
specilise in screencast content. This provides a correct media type
for them instead of just video/x-asf-unknown.

0a914f8fe2 riff: Provide correct media type for XSub 
Xsub (fourcc DXSB) is a subpicture stream used for embeded
subtitles on divx files. This provides a correct media type
for them instead of just video/x-avi-unknown.

6f9006c9b9 riff: Manually calculate bitrate of ADPCM streams 
Some ADPCM encoding tools like Oxelon generate WAV files with
wrong format header declaring an invalid bitrate.

As wavparse uses the average bitrate to calculate timestamps
and duration the decoder can be confused by receiving timestamps
completely out of sync with the decoded samples.

ADPCM is a CBR audio codec so we can calculate the average bitrate
instead of trusting the format header.

664adc6e19 gst-libs: use GST_*_1_0 environment variables everywhere 
The _1_0 suffixed environment variables override the
non-suffixed ones, so if we're in an environment that
sets the _1_0 suffixed ones, such as jhbuild, we need
to set those to make sure ours actually always get
used.

a4f2df6341 Revert "g-i: change g-ir-scanner arg --library=libgstfoo-X.la to --library=gstfoo-X" 
This reverts commit e39fbe6b7e.

Looks like we need to pass the full .la file after all in a setup
with libtool, or it might not find the library, e.g. like

  ERROR: can't resolve libraries to shared libraries: gstfft-1.0

Conflicts:
	gst-libs/gst/audio/Makefile.am
	gst-libs/gst/pbutils/Makefile.am

b0d581eadc riff: create palette_data buffer correctly 
gst_buffer_copy_into() will append to any existing
memory region, so don't create a buffer and alloc
some memory, but just create an empty buffer and
let _copy_into() append the memory we want. Fixes
the palette being 2048 bytes with the first half
being filled with garbage.
