b7777b9181 gl: use gles2 shaders everywhere
This effectively limits a glfilter subclass to be > GL(ES) 2.0.
rather than a possible GL 1.4.

0870e8785e gl: remove useless gl{En,Dis}able (GL_TEXTURE_*) calls
We are using shaders everywhere and so they are not needed
