the event type (upstream, downstream, serialized). Renamed
GST_EVDIR_* and GST_EVSER to GST_EVENT_TYPE_*.
(GstEventType): Use GstEventTypeFlags. Rename CUSTOM_UP to
CUSTOM_UPSTREAM, CUSTOM_DS to CUSTOM_DOWNSTREAM, etc.
