Vineeth T M	89b9313e20	gdkpixbufdec: modify wrong packetized mode logic ... packetized mode is being set when framerate is being set which is not correct. Changing the same by checking the input segement format. Tim-Philipp Müller	582bfea738	gdkpixbuf: re-enable already-ported gdkpixbuf element as gdkpixbufdec ... Not sure why it as disabled exactly given that it had already been ported (though without metas or baseclass).
