Facilities are given to create fbo's and attach GL memory (renderbuffers
or textures). It also keeps track of the renderable size for use with
effective use with glViewport().
Previously when compiling GstGL with both GL and GLES2,
GL_RGBA8 was picked from GL/gl.h. But a clash may happen at
runtime when one is selecting GLES2.
gst_gl_internal_format_rgba allows to check at runtime
if it should use GL_RGBA or GL_RGBA8.
We create our textures (in Desktop GL) with GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE,
vaapi attempts to bind our texture to GL_TEXTURE_2D which throws a
GL_INVALID_OPERATION error and as thus, no video.
Also, by moving exclusively to GL_TEXTURE_2D and the npot extension
we also remove a difference between the Desktop GL and GLES2 code.
