d604b3655e video: Add Mediatek 10bit formats
These 10bit formats are identical to NV12_16L32S, but 64bytes of data is being
prefixed with 16bytes data with four pixels of lower 2bits per byte. For
MT2110T, the lower two bits set so each bytes contains a column of 4 pixels,
also describe as tiled lower 2 bits. MT2110T has been chosen as a name to match
the vendor chosen name. This format is unlikely to exist for other vendors.

For MT2110R, the 2 low bits are in raster order.

94c94d34dc video: Add new GST_VIDEO_FORMAT_DMA_DRM video format
This GST_VIDEO_FORMAT_DMA_DRM is introduced for DMABuf kind feature
usage. It represent the DMA DRM kind memory. And like the ENCODED
format, it should not be interpreted and mapped as normal video format.

c17e648fcf video: Add NV12_10LE32_4L4 tiled format
This 10bit format is identical to NV12_4L4, but uses NV12_10LE40 format
internally. In show, the tiles is made af 4 rows of 5 bytes, which contains
4 fully packed 10bit values.

5980fb76e7 video: Add arbitrary tile dimensions support
In current tile representation, only tiles with power of two
width and height in bytes are supported. This limitation
prevents adding more complex tiles formats.

In this patch, we deprecate tile_ws and tile_hs from GstVideoFormatInfo and
replace if with an array of GstVideoTileInfo. Each plane tiles are then
described with their pixels width/height, line stride and total size.
The helper gst_video_format_info_get_tile_sizes() that depends on the
deprecated API is also being removed. This can simply be removed as it wasn't
in any stable release yet.

f1756493d2 video: Fix NV12_16L32 size calculation
The subsampling of the second plane was not taken into account, resulting in a
16bit per pixel buffers instead of 12.

094d121812 video: Add support for linear 8x128 NV12 tiles and 10bit BE tiles
This adds linear 8x128 NV12 based tiles and NV12 10bit big endian tiles.
These formats are used by i.MX 8QXP/8QM VPU and exposed in V4L2.

c9b127dae3 video: Add NV12_16L32S aka Mediatek MM21 support
Unlike other simple tiled formats, the Mediatek HW use different tile size
per-plane. The tile size is scaled according to the subsampling. Effectively,
using the name 16L32S to represent linearly layout tiles of size 16x32 bytes
in the Y plane, and 16x16 in the UV plane. In order to make this specificity
discoverable, a new SUBTILES flags have been added.

830d1595b9 VideoInfo, AudioInfo: fix usage with python bindings
* Expose an actual constructor from caps

* Error out in overrides for code that was using the "manual
  allocation" pattern which only worked by chance. Direct
  the script writer to the new_from_caps constructor instead.

11791f7ce5 video-info: Don't assume colorimetry of UHD resolution as BT.2020
BT.2020 color primaries are designed to cover much wider range of
CIE chromaticity than BT.709, and also it's used for both SDR and HDR
contents. So, the incorrect assumption (i.e., BT.709 as a BT.2020)
is risky and resulting image color tends to be visually very wrong.
Unless there's obvious clue, don't consider color space of high resolution
video stream as BT.2020
