8c994a632b meson: Always require the gmodule dependency 
It's needed by the dvdread plugin but also by the x264 plugin in certain
circumstances. As it's part of GLib and always available, simply move it
as a hard dependency to the top-level meson.build.

d02e7d8029 Remove plugin specific static build option 
Static and dynamic plugins now have the same interface. The standard
--enable-static/--enable-shared toggle are sufficient.

5ae5b2d3c7 plugins: Use <stdint.h> instead of _stdint.h 
_stdint.h is generated by Autotools and we don't really need it. All
supported platforms now ship with stdint.h. The only stickler was MSVC,
and since Visual Studio 2015 it also ships stdint.h now.

2b814e4191 dvdread: link to libgmodule-2.0 since the g_module_* API is used 
And the gmodule lib has been moved into the Requires.private
section of the pkg-config file in core.

the correct table to map times to sectors.
