94ed6caec4 rtmpsrc: Implement basesrc->unlock() 
This fixes ->NULL transition problems if librtmp is stuck in a
recv or send call that never returns.

91f4b15490 sbc: sbcdec: make decoder more performant 
Use an adapter to accumulate input buffers.
Decode all input in one output buffer when possible to reduce the amount of push
operations.
