Wonchul Lee	5977a7e307	validate: scenario: deploy setup_sink_props_max_lateness config scenario for valgrind ... Add to deploy setup_sink_props_max_lateness scenario. When running gst-validate with valgrind option on the installed package, it fails to find that scenario.
