Properly handle protocol version in the connection
Add the following headers types:
* Pipelined-Request
* Media-Properties
* Seek-Style
* Accept-Ranges

Some servers incorrectly parse header names with strict case-sensitivity. For
compatibility with these systems change X-Sessioncookie to x-sessioncookie.

From RFC 2068 section 4.2: "Multiple message-header fields with the same
field-name may be present in a message if and only if the entire
field-value for that header field is defined as a comma-separated list
[i.e., #(values)]." This means that we should not split other headers which
may contain a comma, e.g., Range and Date.
