Some AVI 2.0 (ODML) files don't respect the 'specifications' completely
and instead of using the 'ix##' nomenclature, use '##ix'.

We need to drop one additional buffer for FLAC as the fLaC
marker and STREAMINFO block are merged into one buffer in the caps.
