Stéphane Cerveau f94d9f1cc5 audiomixer: allow per feature registration 
Split plugin into features including
dynamic types which can be indiviually
registered during a static build.

Seungha Yang 3499d9ea64 meson: Replace empty configuration_data() with copy keyword 
Use 'copy' keyword to avoid meson warning message.
Note that 'copy' keyword in configure_file() is available
since meson 0.47.0
