Basesink cleanups, remove some old code.
Handle the case where a subclass can preroll in the render
method (mostly audiosinks).

Remove old code to push queue in state change, this is not
needed anymore since preroll blocks on all prerollable items

pad in place of NOT_LINKED. This means we return
WRONG_STATE when all src pads are WRONG_STATE
instead of NOT_LINKED.
