Jan Schmidt	1821b52dd5	splitmuxsrc: Add num-open-fragments property ... Add a property to limit the number of parts splitmux will open simultaneously. Modify the part handling to support deactivating and reactivating the demuxing for each part. The default is '0', to preserve the existing behaviour of opening all parts at the beginning.
