Nirbheek Chauhan	28f0df681c	winks: Port to MSVC and pretend to be Windows XP ... strcasecmp is not defined on MSVC, so just use the glib wrapper. Also pretend to be Windows XP explicitly since the API we use was deprecated and removed (ifdef-ed) from the SDK after this version of Windows. Руслан Ижбулатов	a31855d618	GstDeviceProvider implementation for WIN Kernel Streaming plugin ... gst_ks_device_provider_probe() is a no-braier, just runs ks_enumerate_devices() and reports the results. Monitoring is a bit more tricky. We have to create a dummy message-processing window and register device change notifications for it.
