7c9a5e86fe rtpfunnel: Also forward custom sticky event 
This is useful to track metadata about each group of packets

Also include a unit test

9ba9837058 rtpfunnel: various cleanups 
* Organize GstRtpFunnelPad and GstRtpFunnel separately
* Use G_GNUC_UNUSED instead of (void) casts
* Don't call an event "caps"
* Use semicolons after GST_END_TEST (helps gst-indent)
