- Double maximums to use full stack space:
- COTHREAD_STACKSIZE = 16k
- COTHREAD_MAXTHREADS = 128
- cothread changes only verified on x86
- cothread_create returns NULL if nthreads == MAXTHREADS though not yet handled by gstschedule caller
