8e6c6266d7 Remove plugin specific static build option 
Static and dynamic plugins now have the same interface. The standard
--enable-static/--enable-shared toggle are sufficient.

ea05fe1278 ximage: rewrite the buffer pool in ximagesink 
Rewrite the pooling in ximagesink to extend from the bufferpool base class in
core. Move some code to a comon place and refactor.
