gst: GST_EXPORT -> GST_API
...
We need different export decorators for the different libs.
For now no actual change though, just rename before the release,
and add prelude headers to define the new decorator to GST_EXPORT.

One omission: gst_allocator_sysmem_get_type() was
exported but never in any public header file.

Make _push() return a generic id (this can be something else than a GThread in
some cases) and make _join() use that generic id.
