dbf4915abd cuda/context: add gpu stack size property 
Allows reducing the initial stack size of GPU threads.  Cuda should
automatically increase this value if a kernel requires a larger stack.

Can save roughly 40MB of GPU memory for a single nvh264enc instance.

5e18499372 tracers: Simplify params handling using GstStructure and object properties 
Instead of having each tracer implement its own parameter parsing,
centralize the handling in the tracer subsystem using GstStructure.
This simplifies tracer implementations and provides a consistent way
to handle properties.

It also allows for much better documentation by forcing tracer object
to expose properties

a1e623d200 analytics: add _N_TO_N relation type 
This relation type define relations between each components of two groups.
First component of first group relate to first component of second group,
Second component of second group relate to second component of second group,
and so on. It's a denser way to express relations in this context.

082a8fcd5e h264parse: parse unregistered SEI without user data 
We get loads of warnings when parsing videos from users:

gsth264parser.c:1115:gst_h264_parser_parse_user_data_unregistered: No more remaining payload data to store
gsth264parse.c:646:gst_h264_parse_process_sei:<h264parse0> failed to parse one or more SEI message

Those are raised because of unregistered SEI without user data.

The spec does not explicitly state that unregistered SEI needs to have
data and I suppose the UUID by itself can carry valuable information.
FFmpeg also parses and exposes such SEI so there is no reason for us no
too as well.

1df99ec0d4 vulkan: store in GstVulkanVideoCapabilities encoder and decoder caps 
The structure already stored the generic video capabilities and the specific
codec capabilities both for encoding an decoding. The generic decoder
capabilities weren't stored because it was only used internally in the decoder
helper object. Nonetheless, for the encoder, the elements will need the generic
encoder capabilities to configure the encoding. That's why it's required to
expose it as part of GstVulkanVideoCapabilities. And the generic decoder is
included for the sake of symmetry.

While updating the API vkvideoencodeh265 test got some code-style fixes.

for 0 and 1 was giving an incorrect result.

2080aff70c adapter: Improve documentation for gst_adapter_available() 
When I first read the documentation of gst_adapter_available() and
gst_adapter_available_fast() I got quite confused as it seemed that
both performed the same purpose but one was slower than the other.

I shared it with other people and found they also arrived at the same
wrong conclusion.

Hopefully this patch will make the actual purpose clearer.

561ca94916 video: Add GRAY10_LE16 support 
This adds a 10-bit variant of grayscale packed into 16 bits little-endian
words. The MSB 6 bits are padding and should be ignored. This format is
used by Fraunhofer VVC encoder and decoder libraries.

724c443a65 videoencoder: Expose release_frame() and drop_frame() as public API 
release_frame() can be useful for manually dropping frames without posting QoS messages like finish_frame() would.
Matches the same kind of API on the decoder side of things.

Modifies the behaviour of release_frame() to make sure events from released frames are stored as 'pending'
and pushed before the next non-dropped frame. This is needed because now release_frame() can be called outside of
finish_frame(), so we would potentially just lose events and bad things would happen.

drop_frame() was also added to match the decoder API. It functions almost identically to finish_frame() without a buffer
attached to the frame, except instead of immediately pushing the frame's events, it will store them as pending.

2990cc5f71 vulkan: add source pipeline stage to _operation_add_frame_barrier() 
Instead of dragging the last destination pipeline stage as current barrier
source pipeline stage (which isn't a valid semantic) this patch adds a parameter
to gst_vulkan_operation_add_frame_barrier() to set the source pipeline stage to
define the barrier.

The previous logic brought problems particularly with queue transfers, when the
new queue doesn't support the stage set during a previous operation in a
different queue.

Now the operation API is closer to Vulkan semantics.

71ebb20267 vkphysicaldevice: rename query to query_result_status 
As only queryResultStatusSupport can be optional,
the variable name should be more specific.

queryResultStatusSupport reports VK_TRUE if query type
VK_QUERY_TYPE_RESULT_STATUS_ONLY_KHR and use of
VK_QUERY_RESULT_WITH_STATUS_BIT_KHR are supported.

562cecaef4 clock: Fix 32 bit assertions in GST_TIME_TO_TIMEVAL and GST_TIME_TO_TIMESPEC 
On various 32 bit systems, time_t is actually 64 bits while long is
still only 32 bits. The macro would wrongly trigger its assertion in
this case if a value with more than 68 years worth of seconds is
converted.

Examples are various newer 32 bit platforms and old ones that are
compiled with -D_TIME_BITS=64.

Also statically assert that time_t is either 32 or 64 bits. Other values
might need adjustments in the macro.

1a8e7aa92d bufferlist: get() is not actually nullable in its return value 
Passing an out of bounds index is the only way to get a NULL buffer but
this causes an assertion so is not to be considered for the
annotations.

5be3f255b0 encoding-profile: Add a way to specify a factory-name when specifying caps 
In some cases you want to ensure that a specific element factory is used
while requiring some specific caps but this was not possible. You can
now do `qtmux:video/x-prores,variant=standard|factory-name=avenc_prores_ks`
to ensure that the `avenc_prores_ks` factory is used to produce the
'standard' variant of prores video stream.

This also enhances a bit the documentation

8ea355e52c audioringbuffer: Avoid overflows of segment done counter 
This counter is incremented once for every segment, meaning it would
e.g. overflow after 24 days when using 1ms segments. Once that happens,
completely wrong positions are reported and invalid memory is handed out
for writing/reading the next segments.

As the affected variables are unfortunately part of the public API of
the struct, a second set of variables is added together with accessor
functions and both variables are kept in sync for backwards
compatibility.

All existing users of the two variables are moved to the new ones but
external code might still run into the overflow.

This also slightly breaks API as external code updating the variables
will have no effect anymore but the only known user of this is
pulsesink.
