Olivier Crête 892925aaf3 LICENSE: Upgrade to LGPL v2.1 
Almost all of the subprojects declare the LGPL v2.1 as their license,
except for GES which has 2.0. So it makes sense to put v2.1 at the base to
avoid confusion.
