Fixes warnings when compiling with MingW (#393427). * gst/rtsp/rtspconnection.c: (rtsp_connection_read): Use ioctlsocket on win32. * gst/udp/gstudpsrc.c: (gst_udpsrc_create): Some printf format fixes for win32.
