(dvdreadsrc_uri_set_uri), (dvdreadsrc_uri_handler_init):
* ext/dvdread/dvdreadsrc.h:
Add seeking, querying for bytes, sectors, title, angle and
chapter. Handle multiple chapters. Relicense to LGPL because
Billy agreed on that (thanks Billy!).
