* sys/oss/gstossaudio.c (plugin_init): Second-class citizen.

* gst/videobox/gstvideobox.c (gst_video_box_get_size): Update for
API changes.

* configure.ac (DEFAULT_AUDIOSINK, DEFAULT_VIDEOSINK): Set to
autoaudiosink and autovideosink.
