update GdkPixbuf loader. Fixes:

update GdkPixbuf loader. Fixes:
- has a begin_load implementation
- makes sure it only works when threads are enabled (this fixes segfaults with gtk 2.3)
There are still some kinks though, feel free to hack on it :)
