Add more warning flags

Browse source 
The warnings are:
 -Wcast-align
 -Winit-self
 -Wmissing-include-dirs
 -Waddress
 -Waggregate-return
 -Wno-multichar
 -Wnested-externs

No code needed to be fixed.
