examples: test4: variant of test3 with rendering.

Usage: ./test4 output_uri audio_files

This will render in ogg/vorbis the first seconds of all the provided
audio files to the output_uri
Ex : ./test4 file:///data/audio1s.ogg /data/music/*.ogg
