fdkaacdec: Support arbitrary channel configs
Try to match the config to GStreamer positions. If something doesn't fit, fall back to a set of unpositioned channels. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/1561>
