* gst/videobox/gstvideobox.c: Clean up, port to 0.9, use
BaseTransform.

* gst/videobox/Makefile.am: Link to base libs, include
plugins-base cflags, dist the README.

* configure.ac (GST_PLUGIN_ALL, AC_CONFIG_FILES): Add videobox to
the build.
