value: Handle runtime checks as such
The various `g_strdup_printf()` returns values are runtime checks which could be disabled if one wants and therefore should be handled as such with g_return_val_if_fail() Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/453>
