Original commit message from CVS: * gst-libs/gst/audio/gstbaseaudiosink.c: (gst_base_audio_sink_skew_slaving), (gst_base_audio_sink_render), (gst_base_audio_sink_change_state): When skew slaving, try to hover around the middle of a segment so that we at most drift by half a segment. If we are aligning in the oposite direction of the clock skew, we don't have to resync.
