Add some more advanced example pipelines.
* gst/rtpmanager/gstrtpsession.c: (rtcp_thread),
(stop_rtcp_thread), (gst_rtp_session_send_rtcp):
Add some debug and FIXME.
Release LOCK when performing session cleanup.
