* gst/avi/Makefile.am (libgstavi_la_CFLAGS): No gettext hacks, the
defines come from config.h.

* autogen.sh: Run autopoint, etc.

* Makefile.am (DIST_SUBDIRS, SUBDIRS): Go into po/.

* configure.ac: Add gettext stuff.
