v4l2object: add support of NV16, NV61 and NV24 formats

Mapped respectively to V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV16/V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV16M,
V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV61,V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV61M and V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV24 v4l2 formats.
