fpsdisplaysink: Minor fixes

Downgrade a warning message to debug. Remove an
already fixed FIXME and add a note about (not-)using
fpsdisplaysink in autovideosink. Change the created
ghostpad to use the name "sink" as it is advertised in
the pad template.
