Remove unused valgrind detection
Having this just to log a debug message in case we're running inside valgrind doesn't seem very useful, and the code that used to use this no longer exists it seems. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/595>
