tools: gst-inspect: prettify type names for strings
'gchararray' and 'GStrv' are not types used anywhere else and are just confusing. Map that to 'const gchar *' and 'gchar *' etc. depending on context. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/4299>
